1. Returns & Exchanges on Custom Orders

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made jewelry, all sales are final once shipped. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect selections made during the ordering process. Returns or exchanges are only granted in the rare event that a product arrives with a clearly identifiable manufacturing defect.

2. Pre-Shipment Video Approval

To guarantee your absolute satisfaction, we maintain complete transparency before your order leaves our workshop. Prior to dispatch, we will provide you with a highly detailed video of your finished ring. Once you have reviewed the video, confirmed your approval, and the item has been shipped, the order is considered final and is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Guaranteed Quality & IGI Certification

We stand behind the uncompromising quality and authenticity of our products. Every AIOVO diamond ring is accompanied by an official IGI (International Gemological Institute) Certificate. This ensures that the quality, cut, clarity, color, and carat weight of your diamond strictly match the specifications described during your consultation.

4. Complimentary 60-Day Resizing

We want your custom ring to fit flawlessly. If the ring size is not quite perfect upon arrival, AIOVO is pleased to offer one complimentary ring resizing service within 60 days of receiving your order.

Your journey with AIOVO does not end at checkout. Our dedicated concierge team is available around the clock via email to assist you throughout the entire customization process.
