Standard Delivery

Production & Pre-Shipment Approval

Our jewelry is made to order. Production time for Standard Orders is 15 calendar days after payment is completed. For Custom Design Orders, the 15-calendar-day production period begins once both payment and your approval of the CAD design are complete. Shipping time is additional.

Once your jewelry is completed, we will carry out a final quality inspection and send you a video of your finished piece for approval. This applies to both Standard Orders and Custom Design Orders.

We will ship only after receiving your confirmation. If we have not received your reply, we will hold your order until you respond. Time spent awaiting your approval and shipping transit time are additional to the production period.

• We offer free air shipping.
• Estimated shipping time: Up to approximately 7 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
• Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information.
• To protect your security and privacy, packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates. Customs inspections, import procedures, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances may affect delivery times, particularly for international orders.
