We model your piece in CAD and refine it with you. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Crafted in 15 days
The 15-calendar-day production period begins once payment and your CAD approval are both complete.

Approve it on video
We inspect your finished piece and send you a video. We ship only after you confirm, with free air shipping.
Time waiting for your video approval and shipping transit are in addition to the 15-calendar-day production period. If we haven’t heard from you, we hold your piece until you reply.

What if I don’t know the size?
Leave it blank and we’ll talk sizing by email. For rings, we can also mail you a ring sizer, free.
How does my budget shape the design?
Your budget helps frame a conversation about materials, proportions and complexity. We confirm the price of your agreed design before anything is made.
Can I request a special date?
Yes, add your preferred date to your brief. It’s a request, not a delivery promise; we’ll confirm feasibility and timing with you.
What happens after I send my request?
You’ll see a confirmation on the page. We’ll reply within 12 hours. We’ll follow up by email with questions and ideas, and send a quote after reviewing your details.
Will I approve the design before it’s made?
Yes. We send a CAD design for your approval, and the 15-calendar-day production period begins only once payment and your approval are complete. Your finished piece should match the confirmed CAD. If it doesn’t, we will address the discrepancy.
Will I see the finished piece before it ships?
We send a video of your finished piece and wait for your confirmation before shipping. If we don’t hear back, we wait. Free air shipping is available.
Can I return or resize a custom piece?
Custom design orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect items remain covered. Custom rings include one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. You cover shipping to us, and we cover return shipping.
