How long until my ring arrives?
Estimated production takes 15 calendar days after payment for standard orders, or after both payment and CAD approval for custom orders. Video-approval waiting time and shipping are additional. Free air shipping is available. See our shipping policy for estimates and details.
Will I see my ring before it ships?
For both standard and custom orders, we send a video of the finished piece before shipping. We ship only after your approval. If you haven’t replied, we hold the shipment and wait.
What if I’m not sure of my ring size?
We can mail you a free ring sizer, or contact us before ordering and we’ll help you decide. You also get one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery — some designs can’t be resized, so we’ll confirm with you first.
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Eligible standard, unmodified orders may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of delivery. Custom orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns and exchanges; this does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Is a lab-grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. It’s a real diamond, grown in a lab, with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a mined one. Center stones of 1 ct and above come with an IGI certificate.
