Lifetime Warranty

AIOVO provides a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, loose stone settings, and diamond detachment caused by manufacturing or setting issues or other causes not attributable to customer-caused damage.

Damage caused by impacts, misuse, or other customer-caused circumstances is not covered by this warranty.

Detached or Missing Diamonds

If a diamond becomes detached for a covered reason, you must recover the original diamond and return it together with the jewelry. AIOVO will reset the recovered diamond at no charge.

Missing or lost diamonds are not eligible for a free replacement under this warranty.

Warranty Shipping

AIOVO covers shipping to us and return shipping to you for eligible warranty service. Please contact us before sending your jewelry so we can review the issue and provide shipping instructions.

One Complimentary Ring Resizing

Both Standard Orders and Custom Design Orders are eligible for one complimentary ring resizing within 60 days of delivery.

Resizing is subject to the ring’s construction and the adjustment that can safely be made. Some designs cannot be resized. Please contact us to confirm whether the requested adjustment is possible before sending your ring.

For complimentary resizing, you are responsible for the shipping cost to AIOVO and for ensuring that the ring arrives safely. AIOVO covers the shipping cost of returning the ring to you after resizing.
