    Your jewelry order includes 3 free prints of your favorite couple photos (4×6 inches), shipped in the same package as your jewelry. To claim them, email your photos to support@aiovojewelry.com within 7 days of placing your order and include your order number. If you don’t submit your photos within 7 days, we’ll consider the complimentary prints declined and continue with your jewelry order as usual. Perfect for a proposal or a spot on your shelf.

After you pay

From payment to your door.

You’ll hear from us at every step, by email.

  1. Crafting begins

    We check your payment against your quote before crafting begins. The 15-calendar-day production period begins once payment and your CAD approval are both complete.

  2. Approve it on video

    After quality checks, we email a video of your finished piece. We wait for your confirmation before shipping.

  3. Shipped free

    Your piece is sent by free shipping after your video approval. We email you the tracking details.

Time waiting for your video approval and shipping transit are in addition to the 15-calendar-day production period. If we haven’t heard from you, we hold your piece until you reply.

Where do I find my quote number?

It’s in the quote email we sent you, next to your quote total. Can’t find it? Email support@aiovojewelry.com and we’ll send it again.

What if I enter the wrong total?

We check every payment against your quote before crafting begins. If anything doesn’t match, we’ll email you to sort it out before anything is made.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom design orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective or incorrect items remain covered. Custom rings include one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. You cover shipping to us, and we cover return shipping.
