We send your ring in outer packaging that doesn't advertise what's inside, a simple step that helps keep it safe in transit.
We'll print three of your favorite photos of you two at 4×6 and tuck them in with your ring. Email them to support@aiovojewelry.com with your order number within 7 days of ordering.
A ring pouch for travel and storage, and a polishing cloth for a quick shine at home. Rings with a center stone of 1 ct or more include a printed IGI certificate. Packaging and accessories may vary.

Yes. It’s a real diamond, grown in a lab, with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a mined one. Center stones of 1 ct and above come with an IGI certificate.
Standard orders take 15 calendar days to make after payment. We ship once you approve the video of your finished ring, and delivery takes up to about 7 days after dispatch.
Yes. We send you a video of your finished ring and wait for your confirmation before anything ships.
We can mail you a free ring sizer, or contact us before ordering and we’ll help you decide. You also get one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery — some designs can’t be resized, so we’ll confirm with you first.

Manufacturing defects, and loose or detached stones caused by a manufacturing or setting issue. We cover shipping both ways for eligible claims. Damage from impact or misuse isn’t covered.
